In some instances, your client may use the Payment Gateway to enter payment information. They are then taken to the PayPal site to make payment.
Because they interacted with the Payment Gateway tool, you may receive an email from DJ Intelligence and/or it may post as Pending to the Event Payments area.
However, it could be possible your client did not complete the payment at PayPal or there was another issue with funds. We recommend to contact to the client.
