How Can I Ensure Email Delivery (Gmail)?

For Gmail users, we recommend creating a filter as an extra step to make sure you receive all email from your DJ Intelligence and Event Intelligence tools.

1. Open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click Settings   See all settings.
3. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses.
4. Create A New Filter
5. Enter [e-mail] in the "From".  Click Next
6. Select "Never send it to Spam".
