The Guest Request system is best utilized for events such as School activities and work-social events in which multiple guests will be requesting songs prior to the event.
Unlike the Music Database, which is designed to be used by a single person (i.e. the host of the event), the Guest Request system will accept requests from multiple people (i.e. the guests of the upcoming event) and tally all of those requests into a single list. Each guest can make a limited number of requests, as specified by you when setting up the guest request group, and each guest can only remove those requests they have previously added to the list. They are not able to edit other guests' requests.
