You can easily change a payment made on one date a different date. Please see our scenarios below, as this may not be the best option.
Scenario 1: A client has cancelled an event BUT has rescheduled it. The client also has planners saved for the cancelled event date.
Recommendation: Use the Change Event Date instructions. Payments, planners, event files, etc., will move in a few easy steps all at once.
Scenario 2: A client has multiple events and you applied a payment to the wrong event date.
Recommendation: Follow our steps below.
Applying Payment To A Different Date
Step 1: From your account, visit Events & Clients > Event Payments
Step 2: Search for the client by name, email or event date. Then click the "$" to View/Edit.
Step 3: Remove the applied payment by clicking the "X"
Step 4: Find the event record for which you would like to apply this payment and select. You can then "X" out.
