Why are icons for my client gray?

If your icons for your client are grayed out, this means no information is saved for any of the items.

While you may have assigned planners to be filled out for your client, they remain gray until the client (or you) have saved information.  In the above example, the Janet Craft event on March 12 has a Planning Form saved.  In the April 24 event for Konnick Corp, this client has a Request List saved.
