Can I have my packages and options appear as a drop-down box on the Booking System rather than free-form text boxes?

Yes! Just link the Quote Generator and Booking System together on the Master Settings page of your account. Then, send your clients to your Quote Generator to choose their package and options. The system will calculate a dynamic price quote based on their specific needs and the amount of time they require music. On the quote page, a "Book Online" button will appear. This button will create a custom contract for your clients using your terminology (from the Booking System settings) and the information they filled in on the Quote Generator. The "Book Online" button bypasses the free text form of the Booking System.

 

To link your Quote Generator and Booking System, please follow the instructions below:

 

Click Admin

 

Select Master Settings

 

Toggle the Quote to Booking to "yes"
