Please understand that speed of delivery is determined by your service providers ability to relay the message to your phone. Some providers are faster than others and/or may be slightly delayed during peak times.
Some providers disable SMS Messages by default and/or require a data-plan that requires you to add to your service plan. Some provider distinguish a difference of SMS vs. your standard text - you may not have both.
For both these reasons listed above, we would like to recommend that you contact your service provider and inquire within. You may wish to confirm with them the validity of the phone's cellular email address, as these may change from time-to-time (if it does, we would greatly appreciate if you would let us know).

If you have changed cell phone providers, you will likely need to update the SMS gateway address in your Advanced Settings.
