Can I change my email notification subject line?

Add extended text to the subject line on the email sent from selected website tools, including the Availability Checker, Quote Generator, Booking System, Contact Form, Message Form, Planning Form, Event Timeline, Music Database, and Satisfaction Survey. For example, you may wish to include the client's name and event date in the subject line. The text you enter adds on to the end of the standard default subject line.

Step 1: In your account, select Admin

Step 2: Find Advanced Settings

Step 3: Find the section labeled Extended Subject Text on Email Sent from Selected Tools

You can use
[NAME] [DATE] [EVENT] [TIMES]

Which will format as...

Availability Checker - Joe Smith 4/1/2010 Wedding 4PM - 11PM
